By using PayBreakdown, you agree to use the website responsibly and in line with these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or save data in it.
PayBreakdown provides calculators, estimates, and scenario tools. Outputs can be affected by assumptions, tax-year changes, employer payroll settings, lender criteria, fees, product terms, and user-entered data.
PayBreakdown has no sign-up or login. The calculators work immediately, and anything you save is kept in your own browser. Because there is no account, there are no credentials to protect and nothing for us to recover if you clear your browser data.
The calculators only need pay figures and payroll settings. Do not enter names, bank details, National Insurance numbers or anything else that identifies you or someone else — no field on the site requires it, and none of it improves the result.
Do not misuse the site, attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, introduce malicious files or code, scrape aggressively, or use PayBreakdown in a way that harms other users or the service.
PayBreakdown may display advertising, sponsored placements, or partner links. Calculator outputs should not be changed by commercial relationships. Commercial placements must stay clearly labelled and separate from calculation results.
The site may change, move, pause, or be withdrawn. During testing, data may be reset or functionality may break while features are improved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayBreakdown is not responsible for losses caused by relying on estimates, user-entered data, third-party links, advertising, availability issues, or decisions made from calculator outputs.
This page supports the calculators by explaining the operating position behind them. Read it alongside the relevant calculator output when you need to understand assumptions, limits, contact options, privacy choices, source checks, advertising separation, or terms of use.
Trust and policy pages explain how PayBreakdown works, but they do not replace official guidance, employer or payroll records, lender documents, legal advice, tax advice, debt advice, financial advice, or a formal data-rights response where one is required.
